Not bad. by the end of this cycle I want to have lost 10 total. I swear 10 pounds will help SOOO much. Gotta stay strong. I've been mesmerized by this incredible book all night i forgot to eat dinner :D

So, today was my last day of this cycle. I lost 8 lbs, which didnt get me to my goal weight, but I am still happy and proud. I am eager to start another cycle tomorrow.

My fiance and I are trying to stretch our money a little more. It's hard to buy organic, vegetarian items and keep some spice in our meals (I love making new meals with Asian and Indian influences, but that gets expensive). Would anyone like to share their favorite cheap vegetarian or vegan recipes? We try to eat vegan, but if you have something delicious that uses eggs or milk we know local farms to get these items.

Food - 1/2 i was supposed to be fasting, but i seriously felt so bad that i was scared. last timei felt that way i had a seizure. (however u spell it. so i ate a bag of popcorn, and i feel HORRIBLE. but it's for the sake of well, stayin alive!!! i might eat another one just to be safe, and because i'm so hungry. idk though. i'm fasting tomorrow to make up for it though.

wow. so i broke my fast, and i would give myself 0 points, but i really don't think i deserve it since i was absolutely necessary. i still feel bad though. but i couldn't even lift my own head! i had to have my dad make it cuz i LITERALLY could NOT move!! i could barely lift my arm into the bowl! i still lost a pound today. 8 pounds in 5 days!! i'm 103. 4 more pounds and i'm under 100 again!! yay!!! and i have 10 days til thanksgiving, so i feel motivated. i know i can do this!!

Total: 8/10. Better, but the food is an ISSUE. Tomorrow will be a lot better, as I tend to do a lot better during the week. And I think I'm well enough to run again!
